One of the first sections of Hoveton Hall Gardens you come to as you walk through the main entrance down the path will be the Spider Garden on your left. This walled Garden is entered through an amazing wrought iron gate in the shape of a Spiders Web with a Spider in the middle. The Spider Garden iron gate was manufactured by Eric Stevenson in 1936 and provides a perfect entrance to the Garden surrounded by stone walling.
In the garden you will find a neatly kept formal design walled garden with herbaceous borders and stunning colourful beds that look best during the Summer. Continuing the Spider theme you are greeted by Spider Web shaped stonework in flint laid in the ground at the very center of the garden. This formal garden has areas of Box and a formally laid pattern with some benches around the edge so you can sit and enjoy the Spider Garden at Hoveton Hall Norfolk.
